Auburn Therapy and Learning Center was founded in 2017 and we provide optimal speech/language therapy, occupational therapy, and feeding therapy to Auburn and the surrounding areas. Our pediatric speech therapists and pediatric occupational therapists are paid as W-2 employees and receive the following benefits:

32 hours is considered a full-time schedule

Flexible hours

Paid per billable hour

Half rate for cancellations and no-shows

Higher pay for evaluations

30-minute paid break per day

Paid time off

Staff meeting once a month with lunch provided

License fees paid annually

Liability insurance paid annually

First set of scrubs provided, plus any other clothing items embroidered

$100 towards either health insurance or supplemental policy

$100 towards CEUs every year (or possible coverage if pursuing a specialty)
