Auburn Therapy and Learning Center was founded in 2017 and we provide optimal speech/language therapy, occupational therapy, and feeding therapy to Auburn and the surrounding areas. Our pediatric speech therapists and pediatric occupational therapists are paid as W-2 employees and receive the following benefits:

• 32 hours is considered a full-time schedule

• Flexible hours

• Paid per billable hour

• Half rate for cancellations and no-shows

• Higher pay for evaluations

• 30-minute paid break per day

• Paid time off

• Staff meeting once a month with lunch provided

• License fees paid annually

• Liability insurance paid annually

• First set of scrubs provided, plus any other clothing items embroidered

• $100 towards either health insurance or supplemental policy

• $100 towards CEUs every year (or possible coverage if pursuing a specialty)
